Ok, while creating my last post I also came across these. Awwwwwwwww.....so lovely. And the soles are rubber and look pretty bendy. So cool! Here's the link.

OMG! Can anyone help me justify buying these ahead for the Sweat Pea who isn't even sitting up yet? Maybe next years styles will be even cuter......but how would that be possible?!!! Love these shoes from Kickers, one of the coolest brands of shoes out there. Not only are the tops adorable, but the soles are so freaking cool! Of course they are designed in France....so much lovely design for kids comes from France....
You can get these and many other adorable styles at Zappos.
Awesome brand Peek Aren't You Curious used to be available only at Peek retail stores and online (as far I know). That was their only downside, since their clothes are so nice. They have these lovely light weight woven styles that you can only find at super high end places like Bonpoint (or that are given to you by friends who visit Paris). I love their peasant tops and bloomers for babies girls. Loved their cute sweatshirts and jeans for baby boys when Wild Man was little. Their kid stuff is awesome too. And now you can find them at a Nordstrom near you!
My dear friend went to Paris and brought this back for Little Pea!!! It's so sweet and perfect in a way that could only be done by the French! Made by Zef. Love it.
Ps. Will also go well with the Petit Bateau diaper cover.
Pps. I haven't found this stateside for you yet but some Zef stuff pops up at Little Catwalk now and then.
If you were sold on the Petit Bateau polka dot dress below, you'll need a diaper cover. The dress doesn't come with one. I was so mystified about it that I called one of the Petit Bateau stores and asked what they recommend. It turns out they also sell matching bloomers but those are meant to be worn as shorts with a t-shirt. For the dress they recommend this sort of standard white diaper cover. So I went along and bought a pair of these and also the bloomers to wear on their own. When I got everything I thought, "These bloomers will go great with the dress! That saleslady didn't know what she was talking about!" After dressing our Little Pea in them this morning, I realized the saleslady was right, the diaper cover does work better with the dress than the bloomers. Now I'm in love with this sweet little diaper cover. Perfect cut, reallly nice. I just wish they made them in colors. Oh well....
Incidentally, I'm a huge fan of Seinfeld.....can you figure out why?
Love Love Love these polka dot dresses from Petit Bateau! They're on sale now on the Petit Bateau website or at your local Petit Bateau store (in Boston, New York, or Beverly Hills).
Sorry about the seemingly endless hiatus. I'm back and the big news is, I'm expecting a girl in April! Of course, I've already picked out all of the adorable Mini Boden baby clothes I'm dreaming of! Fun to be able to shop the girls stuff now too! To see everything in all its glory, visit Boden's Website.
These fabulous baby girl dungarees are part of Mini Boden's spring line, which you can now see and pre-order at the Boden Preview website. I love it when Boden's preview collections come out. It's not the complete collection, but it's a peek at things to come. So cute!
These German boiled wool girls slippers from Garnet Hill are so cute. I love the sweet flower decorations and the colors are beautiful. Garnet Hill has a lovely array of wintery products from other countries....very unusual and unique things. I'm a fan!
I am beyond thrilled that French company Petit Bateau has opened a store in Beverly Hills! I heard a rumor that a California store would be coming, but I assumed it would be in San Francisco. But no! Here it is in SoCal at 9661 Brighton Way. Petit Bateau has the most beautiful minimalist clothes and I especially love the baby line. Nobody makes a better onesie! I can't wait to drive over and check it out! Yipppeeee! Petit Bateau has a website too, but the selection isn't as big as the store...but it's still worth a look. Check it out here.
